This warranty is applicable to all uniquely designed furniture handcrafted by Raw Collections Noosa, offering a three-year assurance on structural integrity.
During the initial three years from the delivery, collection, and/or installation date, Raw Collections Noosa, at its sole discretion, will address the repair or replacement of a product if it fails to maintain functional structural integrity for its intended purpose due to a manufacturing defect. It’s important to emphasize that this warranty is applicable only when the product is delivered and/or installed by Raw Collections Noosa.
It’s essential to highlight that this warranty does not cover issues like hairline cracks, cracking due to high heat, surface scratches, staining, chips, improper care, general wear, failures caused by inadequate support, or un-level cabinetry. Additionally, products acquired from our workshop that display damage or loss during transport or exhibit signs of structural damage within 6 months of collection are not included in this warranty.
In situations where a claim is deemed invalid or dishonest, Raw Collections Noosa retains the right to bill the client for the time spent evaluating the cause of the defect. The determination of the validity of a warranty claim rests solely with Raw Collections Noosa and is considered conclusive.
Failure to adhere to our care and maintenance guide will result in the nullification of your warranty.
