Your order will be expertly handled by our registered transport partners, ensuring a seamless process. They are responsible for the delivery, assembly, and placement of your furniture. For Samples and Homewares, the delivery will be facilitated through Australia Post.

Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Our Transport company will reach out to you a couple of days in advance to confirm the delivery day. On the scheduled delivery day, our transport company will contact you before arriving on-site. It’s crucial to communicate any pertinent access details during delivery, such as dirt roads, lift access, stairs, steep driveways, or narrow entrances. Failure to inform us in advance may result in additional charges for challenging access situations.

Please be aware that our products are made to order and are estimated to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. While clients have the option to personally collect their orders to avoid shipping fees, damages incurred during transport in such cases will not be covered under warranty. We aim to ensure a smooth delivery process for your utmost satisfaction.

Payments for shipping and delivery are remitted directly to our designated delivery company and are distinct from payments made to Raw Collections Noosa Custom Design Furniture, unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon and explicitly outlined in your quote.
